Nigeria
The Pallottine mission in Nigeria began in 2001, when Fr. Peter Hillen, SAC, a German missionary, undertook exploratory pastoral work. In 2007, he returned as an assigned vicar to Holy Trinity Parish in Nanka, located in southeastern Nigeria.
Fifteen months later, he initiated the establishment of the first postulancy house at Mbaukwu. Since then, the mission has expanded its outreach through parochial ministry, formation of seminarians, and social apostolates, including the development of primary and nursery schools, water infrastructure, and youth centers.
