May 1990

The Pallottines began their mission in South Korea in May 1990 at the invitation of the Bishop of Suwon, through the Polish Province of the Annunciation of the Lord. Their work later expanded to the Diocese of Chuncheon, where they built the Shrine of Divine Mercy, contributing to the devotional and pastoral life of the region. The Society’s activity includes parish ministry, sacramental outreach, and initiatives for spiritual formation within a rapidly modernizing cultural landscape.
